Antwerp took on Holgate on January 17 2013 at the home court. The Tigers are unique team in the way they play. Their style is a slow game making sure they hold the ball and make most of the baskets when attempted. The game was close from the beginning.
The fourth quarter started with the Archers up but with one minute left in the match Antwerp was down by two. With nearly 58 seconds left in the game Derek Smalley scored a 3 point basket putting the Archers at 1 point over at 27-26. The Tigers had the ball and lost it to Antwerp ending up scoring two free-throws and another layup, both by Smalley. The Archers took the 31-26 victory in the low-scoring game. More pictures here
