Old Paulding County Jail
Bids were open today at 9:45 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Office for the sale of the old Paulding County Jail. Four bids were received. The Commissioners accepted the bid from All Trades Historical Restoration in the amount of $11,770.00. In the event the bidder awarded does not close within thirty (30) days, the award will go to the second highest bidder, Rick Fortman in the amount of $7,777.00.
