Stephen J. Coyne, 52, of Defiance, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Paulding County Hospital.
Stephen was born in Decatur, Indiana on October 11, 1961, a son of Richard Coyne and the late Evelyn (Klinger) Coyne.
On Aug. 9, 1997, Stephen married Amy Tinlin.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Amy; father; Richard of Convoy; 3 children, Johnathon & Christin of Van Wert & James at home; 9 siblings, Marilyn (Steve) Reno of Ohio City, Linda (Joe) Converset of Fort Wayne, Pamela Summers, Wayne, Michael & Charles (Donna) all of Convoy, Yvonne (Ron) Bidlack of Van Wert, Bryan of Grover Hill & Eric (Brandy) of Payne; 3 grandchildren & their family dog, Sheba.
Also preceding him in death was his sister, Irene Gerig.
Viewing is Sunday 2 – 8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne, Ohio.
His service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Payne at 11 am on Monday, November 11th, with viewing one hour prior.
He will be laid to rest at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Cemetery, New Haven, IN
