Mr. Paul E. Mortorff, 77, of Astor passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 in DeLand, Florida. Born in Salem, Indiana, he moved to Florida from Antwerp, Ohio in 1985. He was a crane operator for General Motors.
Survivors include his daughters: Linda (Patrick) Swan, Woodburn, IN, Patty (Bob) Hathaway, Waterloo, IN, Stacy Stevens, Ft. Wayne, IN; son: James (Lisa) Mortorff, Antwerp, OH; several grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Velma Mortorff and his sister, Ruth Gordon.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the Antwerp Community Church, 704 Erie Street, Antwerp, Ohio. Online condolences may be made at www.beyersfuneralhome.com. Local arrangements are under the care of Beyers Funeral Home, Umatilla, FL.
