PAULDING
Susan Jo (Lotz) Proxmire, age 69 died Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Parkview North Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, IN.
She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN on November 21, 1944 the daughter of Joseph F. and Allene S. (Schoppman) Lotz. She retired as an LPN in 2004 from The Gardens of Paulding (the former Hawthorn Court Nursing Home).
Susan is survived by two daughters, Tiffany (Keith) Theobald, Paulding, and Morgan (Bradley) Gantt, Charleston, SC; three grandsons, Isaiah, Tycen, and Harper; and two granddaughters, Raeanne and Abigail.
Her parents, Joseph and Allene (Schoppman) Lotz precede her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted 10 AM Thursday, January 30 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, with Rev. Ben Lowell officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Paulding.
Visitation will be 4-8PM Wednesday, January 29 at Den Herder Funeral Home and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
