PAULDING: Irene Josephine Stoller, age 89, died 8:40 AM Saturday at the Country Inn Enhanced Living Center, Paulding, Ohio.
She was born in Cissna Park, IL on June 15, 1924 the daughter of Jacob L. and Sophia Bessie (Farney) Funk. On August 16, 1964 she married Melvin A. Stoller, who preceded her in death on February 9, 2010. She was previously employed in the offices of Caterpillar of Peoria, IL, and FMC Corp of Hoopeston, IL.
She is survived by two sisters, Iva (Darl) Stoller, Latty, OH, and Melba (Alan) Zimmerman, Fairbury, IL; sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Waters, Marie (Jack) Moore, Eunice (Roger) Gerber, Irma Stoller, all of Paulding, Lorine (Myron) Hackenjos, New Haven, IN, Nathalia (Allan) Getz, Eureka, IL, and Anna Grimm, Princeville, IL; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Irene is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister-in-law, Lillian Eisenmann; and brothers-in-law: Millard Stoller, Roscoe Waters, Earl Grimm, Eldon Steffen and William Eisenmann.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Latty Apostolic Christian Church, Latty, Ohio. Burial will follow in the Latty Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 – 8PM Monday, April 7, at the Latty Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall, Latty, Ohio and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
