The Indiana Tech women’s basketball team and Head Coach Jessie Biggs are proud to announce that Woodlan High School product, Brooke Gerbers, has signed a letter of intent to join the Warriors next season.
Gerbers, a 5-foot-6 guard, finished her career with a bang as she finished her senior season in the top-5 single season scoring list at Woodlan. The Woodburn, Ind. native earned Second-Team All-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior before being named First-Team All-Conference as a senior. She also excelled in the classroom, being named a scholar athlete.
“Brooke is an extremely athletic guard with a good work ethic,” said Biggs. “Her quickness and endurance will help us pick up the tempo and speed of our defense. We are excited she is going to be a Warrior!”
