Ryan D. Heck and Julianne M. Parente announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. Julio Parente and Ms. Beatriz Martins. Julianne was born in Fortaleza, Brazil and is currently living in Florida. She is a 2008 Medical Doctor graduate from Federal University of Ceara, Brazil.
She moved to the US in 2009 to start her Internal Medicine Residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida which she successfully completed in 2012. She then started a Nephrology Fellowship at that same hospital and is completing her training in June, 2014. Dr. Parente has joined an Internal Medicine/Nephrology practice with the Carolina’s Hospital System in Marion, South Carolina starting in July, 2014.
Her fiance, Ryan, son of Daniel and Debra (Clark) Heck, of Payne, OH, is currently living in Indianapolis, IN. He is the grandson of Everett and Barbara Heck of Payne, and Ethel Jewel of Paulding. He is a 2005 graduate of Bethel S.T.A.R. Christian Academy, a 2009 graduate of Taylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Master of Business Administration degree. He is currently the President of Purified Credit based out of Indianapolis, IN.
The couple will exchange their wedding vows on May 24, 2014 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne, IN. Following the wedding they will go on a honeymoon to Brazil. When they return home they will reside in Marion, SC.
