Mrs. Danielle Newman has been in education all her life. She was raised in a home where her dad was her high school principal. “It definitely was an interesting childhood with high expectations from both my mom and dad,” said Mrs. Newman.
She attended Bowling Green State University for her first two years of college. She received her undergraduate and two graduate/master’s degrees at IPFW. She has been a teacher for 17 years. She has worked with 4th graders up to and including 8th grade students as a teacher and an instructional coach. She had the opportunity to work with kids at New Haven Intermediate, Leo Elementary, Leo Junior-Senior High, and Paul Harding Junior High. Mrs. Newman said, “I have loved every experience that I have been given at EACS. I cherish the time that I can make a difference in students’ lives and I get so excited and engaged in helping kids make connections to help them grow as a life-long learner.”
“As a new principal at New Haven Primary School, I am looking forward to focusing on the whole child and making connections with students, staff, family members, and the East Allen community!”
