The Kids Closet school clothing drive and giveaway was recently held. Girl Scouts Montserrat Martinez and Sidney Kohart organized the giveaway as a requirement for their Silver Award.
Community businesses and individuals including: Hometown Pizza, Richie’s Hair Off the Square, Subway, Dairy Queen, Marco’s Pizza, Pam’s Cutting Edge, The Paulding Kiwanis Club, Red Angel Pizza, Chief Supermarkets, Lindsey & Company, Susie’s Family Bakery, Boy Scout Troop 315, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kohart, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Davis, Mrs. Pam Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Thomas helped support Kids Closet.
Kids Closet would not have been possible without them or the clothing donations from so many Paulding County families. Fourth grader Angelique Colon is shown receiving a backpack donated by McDonalds of Paulding.
