WATER MAIN BREAK MAY CAUSE RESIDENTS TO EXPERIENCE LOW OR NO WATER PRESSURE IN NEW HAVEN
New Haven, Indiana – Due to a water main break on Nelson Road, New Haven water customers may experience either no water, low water pressure or rusty water. Some businesses in the area have been temporarily affected without water.
New Haven’s Utility Superintendent, Dave Jones said, “We are making every effort to repair the water main quickly. Crews are working diligently on fixing the problem.”
*Note: A boil water advisory has not been issued and is not necessary.
If low water pressure or rusty water persists, residents should contact the utility office at 748- 7050 during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
