Melrose United Methodist Church will hold its annual Clothing Giveaway on Saturday, November 1st from 8:30-11:00 a.m. Any and all people are welcome to come get some of these free clothes. Anyone who is looking for something new, different or unique for their wardrobe is also welcome to attend this event.
Donations can be given and brought to the church. Needed are good clean clothes that include shoes, underwear, and winter items such as boots, gloves, mittens, scarves, hats, and coats. Also accepted will be baby items, children’s and other books, videos, toys, plush animals, puzzles, coloring and activity books, dolls, small appliances, dishes, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, fabric, small furniture items, Christmas and other holiday decorations. Everything needs to be clean, with no holes or bad odors, or it will be thrown away.
Please do not leave anything outside at the church where the weather or rain can ruin it. To make sure the church is open, please call Genevieve Noggle at 419-594-3411 for times and days when you can bring your items.
Please bring all items by Wednesday, October 29th. Nothing will be accepted after this date.
