Indiana Football’s regular season ended last week on October 17. This week the Warriors travelled to Churubusco for the sectional matchup against the Eagles. The home team began with a 5-4 record while the Warriors began at 6-3, both better-than-average records.
The Warriors dominated the 1st quarter, setting themselves up for the win. The game began with Woodlan scoring the three touchdowns before the first quarter ending at 21-0.
For Woodlan Mitchell VanBrocklin, Trevon McCarter and Shawn Kitzmiller each added two touchdowns to the board. Quentin Graber kicked 4 points successfully and Alec Evans added a two point conversion.
Woodlan offense outran the Eagles 389 yards – 152 yards.

Woodlan goes on to play Eastside who is 9-1 on Friday, October 31 at Woodlan. No doubt, a difficult game for the Warriors, even though Woodlan put the hurt on them earlier in the season.
