In attendance: Mayor Hoeppner, Councilman Abbott, Renner, Gerig, and Voirol. Police Chief Duhamell, Utility Superintendent Walls, Treasurer Sarrazine.
Police Chief Duhamell: Woodburn Police Department recorded 818 incidents for 2014. These figures do not reflect the bank patrols, business checks, meetings or service to citizens where a report is not required. The WPD worked 60 incidents in December.

Mayor: Thursday is the pre-bid for the Main Street project. The city has been quoted $10,000 to put together our well head protection plan. We are negotiating that price to see if we can bring it down some. Mayor will be attending and economic development conference in Muncie sponsored and paid for by AEP. It is put on by Ball State but is not on campus. The 29th of January is the bid date on the Main Street project. Mayor stopped into Ramco and would like to have council go and visit. NACS rack system is almost all in. Loves is moving along a bit slower but still shooting for a Feb 29, 2015 opening.
Treasurer: Meeting minutes for December 29th were presented. Councilman Gerig made a motion to approve, Councilman Voirol 2nd all approved, motion carried. Ordinance G-15-1326 was presented. Councilman Abbott made a motion to read it completely, Councilman Gerig 2nd, all approved. Ordinance G-15-1326 (regarding health insurance) was read in full, Councilman Voirol made a motion to approve, Councilman Gerig 2nd, all approved, motion carried. Councilman Abbott made a motion to read G-15-1326 by title only, Councilman Renner 2nd, all approved, motion carried. Councilman Renner made a motion to approve the 2nd reading of Ordinance G-15-1326 Councilman Voirol 2nd, all approved, motion carried. Warrants were presented and discussed. Councilman Abbott made a motion to approve warrants, Councilman Voirol 2nd all approved, motion carried. The treasurer presented a utility customers request for a discount on sewer due to a leak in their bathroom. Customer supplied documentation of all repairs. Councilman Abbott made a motion to adjust the sewer to the customers average usages. Councilman Gerig 2nd, all approved, motion carried. The customer will pay $150 plus current bill every month to get caught up on water.
Superintendent Walls: WW Williams is going to look into fixing a generator. The smaller truck is in the shop with a transmission fluid leak. It should be fixed tomorrow. Water plant went down on Friday and Saturday with no alarm tripped due to some phone issues. Scadata came out and fixed problem. Boiler at water plant keeps popping a breaker. Electric heaters will be purchased to heat that facility.

Councilman Voirol: Resident is concerned on Maumee Ctr Rd with the sewer line that went across and the mess it created. Ryan to contact Fox Contractors to see.
