Village of Haviland Notice
The Council of the Village of Haviland plans to sell Lots 35 & 36 and 43 & 44 by sealed bid. They will be sold as one group. Lots 35 & 36 have a house on them and lots 43 & 44 have a garage on them. The village will furnish the warranty deed.
Bids must be submitted by May 11, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
The sealed bids will be opened on May 11, 2015 at the Council House between 7 & 7:30 by the mayor.
The Council of the Village of Haviland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please include your name, phone number, bidding amount, and the lot number you are bidding on in the envelope. Sealed bids may be mailed to Village of Haviland, PO Box 114, Haviland, OH 45851 or given to a council member.
