Ashley Snyder, LPN, with Community Health Professionals of Paulding received an Excellence In Home Care Award from Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio in recognition of her service and commitment to home and community care. Snyder delivers in home nursing care to Paulding County residents and provides toenail clinic services at the Paulding County Senior Center. She was nominated for the award by the senior center.
