Antwerp Elementary 5th grader Morgan Kniceley competed this year in the Severe Weather Awareness Poster Contest sponsored by the Ohio Committee for Severe Weather Awareness and the Paulding County EMA. Not only was she a school winner, but her poster was sent on to regional judging where she was also declared a regional winner. Her poster will now be sent on to state judging that will take place during the Ohio State Fair.
Morgan and her family are invited to attend an awards ceremony in which regional winners will be recognized and awarded their prizes, and then the state winner at each grade level, and the overall state winner will be announced and awarded their prizes.
