Woodlan took on Whitko in the first round of boys sectional soccer action at the Blackhawk Christian High School on State Street in Fort Wayne. The first game on October 7th Woodlan defeated the Wildcats in a 3-0 match. Whitko finished their season 6-11.
The Warriors then moved on to the championship game against Blackhawk after the Manchester fell to the Braves. This final match took place at the Blackhawk field on Saturday, October 10.
In the first half of the game, the Braves scored 4 field goals against Woodlan while the second half fell completely apart for the guests. Blackhawk added 7 more goals and finished the game at 11-0.
