Identification has been made in regards to the body discovered this morning at 10488 Road 1 Antwerp, Ohio. Authorities confirmed Wilma A. Schwartz, age 44, of Fort Wayne, Indiana is the deceased female.
Schwartz was listed as a missing person on March 9, 2016 by the Fort Wayne Police Department.
“We do not believe this is the original crime scene,” said Sheriff Jason K. Landers. “There is no evidence where the body was discovered that shows us she died where she was found. It appears her body was placed on this abandon property.”
An autopsy will be ordered by the Paulding County Coroner to assist investigators determine the cause of death.
