Announcement has been made of the engagement of Rhiannon DeBaylo (Palmetto, FL) and Ryan Kammeyer (Ft. Wayne, IN). Rhiannon is the daughter of George and Teri DeBaylo. She is a graduate of Palmetto High School, received her B.A. from Campbell University in North Carolina, M.A. in teaching and learning from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and is currently a kindergarten teacher in Denver, CO. Ryan is the son of Ron and Sue Kammeyer. He graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School, received his B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University, graduated from Indiana University Medical School and is currently a doctor in residency at Colorado Children’s Hospital in Aurora, CO. A June wedding is planned in Boulder, CO.
