Jennifer (Knapp) Nestleroad is a native of Antwerp, OH. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she is currently located at Bragg Chiropractic, 410 E. River St., Antwerp, and has been licensed for over two years. She recently took an advanced course in Reflexology, becoming a certified Master Reflexologist.
Reflexology is the science that deals with the principle that there are areas on the feet and hands that correspond to the major glands and organs of the body. It is based upon he numerous energy pathways that travel to every organ of the body and have endings in the many locations just below the surface (primarily in the hands and feet). Reflexology gently nudges the body towards better functioning by improving lymphatic drainage and venous circulation, stimulation to the nerve pathways, and muscle relaxation.
She has only just begun practicing Reflexology, but has already saw some great benefits from her clients. She thoroughly enjoys being a massage therapist and helping her clients. “Now with the addition of Reflexology, I can provide so much more!” commented Nestleroad.
