PAULDING, OH:
Dale F. Cluts, age 75 died Friday, August 19, 2016.
He was born January 15, 1941 in Payne, Ohio, the son of the late William H. and Kathryn E. (Preston) Cluts. On August 4, 1962 he married Shirley Thrasher, who preceded him in death on April 4, 2001. On July 10, 2002 he married Patricia D. Brawner, who survives. He retired from Kauser Trucking after 46 years of service. He was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Paulding, and served on the church council.
He is also survived by his children: Shelly R. Stricklin and Nicole (Rick) Schaefer, both of Paulding, April (Neal Eibling) Bielser, Shelbyville, TN, and Michael (Rachel Schuchart) Wood, Paulding; a sister, Janet Bendele, Paulding; and 3 grandchildren, Domynyque Bielser, Damian and Brooklyn Wood.
He is also preceded in death by a son, Larry Cluts.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Wednesday, August 24 at St. Paul Evangelical Church with Pastor Karen Stetins officiating. Burial will follow in Wiltsie Cemetery, Payne.
Visitation will be 2:30 –8PM Tuesday, August 23 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. There will also one-hour visitation prior to services at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made to St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church or Southern Care Hospice, Toledo, Ohio.
