Congressman Bob Latta (R-Bowling Green) took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for Dana Incorporated’s new Toledo manufacturing plant Wednesday morning. The facility will produce axles for the newest generation of Jeep Wranglers. The $70 million plant, located at the new Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority’s Overland Industrial Park, will employ 300 people.
“This groundbreaking means more jobs and more American products being made right here in Northwest Ohio,” said Latta. “Dana’s investment will bring hundreds of jobs to the area, and it kicks off manufacturing at the new Overland Industrial Park. This facility is a welcome addition to the region, and I was grateful to be able to participate in the event this morning.”
