iAB Financial Bank recently donated over 2,000 items to Kate’s Kart. Over a month-long period, employees collected new books and crayons to aid Kate’s Kart in their mission to provide hospitalized children with books and other materials to encourage literacy and enjoyment of reading. Each location held a contest to award a prize to the teams collecting the most items per employee as well as those constructing the most creative “Kate’s Kart-struction” display.
“We are privileged to be able to engage our employees in a fun competition that benefits such a worthwhile organization such as Kate’s Kart,” stated Michael C. Marhenke, President and CEO of iAB Financial Bank. “We’re proud to give back to our community in such a meaningful way.”
