The boys cross country team accomplished their goal of moving on in the state series with being Sectional Runners-up at the Bellmont Sectional on Saturday. Jordan Lahr led the team with a 7th place finish in 17:12. Cyrus Felger finished right behind Jordan in 8th place in 17:16. Kyle Charles was next for the team in 20th place in 17:57. T’Quan Bland was the team’s 4th runner in 28th place in 18:25. Luis Saldana finished next for the team in 30th place in 18:27.
On the girls’ side, both Rebekah McCagg and Brianna Dishong qualified as individuals for the Marion Regional. Rebekah placed 13th in 21:30. Bri placed 33rd in 22:47. (Photo from Robert Atkinson)
