Linda Lee Ann Hook, 60 of Payne went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2016 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center after a long battle with ALS.
Lee Ann was born in Hicksville on June 2, 1956 a daughter of George & Edith (Zartman) Mills.
She was a valued employee at Kwik Lok, Defiance Clinic & Oakwood Medical Center, but was more content doing her gardening, genelogy and cheering for her beloved Buckeyes! Lee Ann was a committed to God and her family. She even founded “Miles for Mills” to combat ALS, that afflicted her family so heavily.
Lee Ann will be sadly missed by her husband, Rick, whom she married March 12, 1976; daughters, Gabrielle & Olivia; mother, Edith all of Payne; brothers, Bob & Dick Mills both of Crawfordsville, IN and her loving dog, Riley.
She was preceded in death by her father, George and sisters, Sandra Marie & Georgie Mills.
Viewing is Tuesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, 5761 SR 500, Payne, Ohio.
Service is Wednesday, 11 am with viewing one hour prior at Payne Church of the Nazarene.
She will be laid to rest in Lehman Cemetery.
