The Cooper Community Library Branch, of the Paulding County Carnegie Library, will be hosting an adult class on Monday, February 6, at 6:00 p.m. Phil Sherry will discuss Kathleen Porter’s book “Natural Posture for Pain Free Living”.
Life runs smoother if we pay attention to the way we walk, sit, sleep and stand, skeletal speaking. We can prepare for a longer life by aligning our skeleton. Our posture affects our mood, health and longevity. It only takes a little practice and it becomes automatic to correct the alignment. Come join the discussion on how structural changes can improve your life.
The Cooper Community Branch Library was the third branch to open in the Paulding County Carnegie Library system. Opening in 2000 the branch has become the hub and heart of the community, sponsoring programs and events throughout the year.
