The EACS Board of School Trustees recognized the fall sports Academic All-State student athletes. The Academic All-State Award has been around more than two decades and honors student-athletes who are the best students in their sport, as well as key contributors on their varsity team. The following student athletes have been named as the 2016 Indiana Fall Academic All-State Athletes.
Heritage Jr./Sr. High: Alex Feipel, Terry Lockwood, Rylie Schane, Jerome Lechleitner, Connor Simmons, Laura Franz, Renee Hare, Veronica Hare, Sara Strahm, Kaylie Till, Zach White, and Evan Knapke.
Woodlan: Josh Gerig, Samantha Voors, Cassidy Wiedenhoeft, and Samantha Houser.
Leo Jr./Sr. High: Madi Detmers, Kate Setser, Palmer Stapler, Luke SanGiacomo, Matt Heck, Will Lengacher, Alijandro Flores, Tommy West, Dane Ousley, Lexi Baron, Alexa Allen, Logan Sagstetter, Raeanne Genth, Laurel Zwick, and Erik Fowerbaugh.
New Haven High: Erica Miller, Jacob Birch, and Cameron Mason.
