Ralph Stephen Fulmer, 64, died at home on Saturday, March 4, 2017 surrounded by his family.
Born on March 20, 1952 in Hicksville, he was the son of the late Charles and Elsie (Burch) Fulmer.
Ralph attended Hicksville High School.
He was a long time employee of Dana Weatherhead.
Ralph loved being out doors and enjoying its many activities, like cookouts, cornhole, gardening, fishing and playing with his white german shepherds. He loved listening to music, watching NASCAR, fixing things and building things.
Ralph is survived by his son, Damien Fulmer of Hicksville, his grandchildren, Cecilia and Harper Bartlett and a sister, Kathy Crites.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Stephania Fulmer Bartlett and a nephew, Terry Lee (TJ) Kelley.
Funeral services for Ralph will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville with Pastor Steve Eyers officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville
