The third through fifth grade students at Woodlan Elementary School have worked very hard publishing picture books in anticipation of the Young Author Conference. The Indiana Reading Association will host the 2017 Young Author Conference that will be held at Wayne High School on Saturday, April 22nd. The conference will feature award-winning children’s author, Judy Young. 14 student’s books have been chosen to represent Woodlan Elementary as award winning books at the conference.
