Mrs. MacDonald, choir teacher at Leo Jr. Sr. High School chaperoned members of the Concert and Jazz Choirs to New York City! Mrs. MacDonald created the most amazing and educational trip ever imagined! She squeezed so many opportunities for the students into such a short time period. Students visited the following: • Ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty • Phantom of the Opera at the Majestic Theater • Central Park picture on the bridge • Visit to Times Square several times • Rockefeller Center Observatory at night to see the skyline • Carnegie Hall to sing as a choir • Cats play at the Neil Simon Theater • 911 Memorial and Museum
