On Thursday, May 11th Wayne Trace Raiders played Hicksville Aces in softball. The game was a tight match the entire game and either team could have won. Though Hicksville was seeded much lower and The Raiders were first, The Aces kept to it after the first score of the game by the home team.
It wasn’t until the fourth inning that Hicksville girls were able to post their first point. This is the second win after coming off the victory over Ottoville of 16-0 on Monday night.
The Aces will go on to compete again Crestview on Tuesday, May 16.
Wayne Trace wrapped up their season with a 13-8 record.
