James Howard, 65, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Wayne.
James was a native and lifetime resident of Fort Wayne, IN. He worked as a crane operator with Fort Wayne Structural Steel for several years.
He was a member of, Community of Christ Church. He loved music, spending time at the lake water skiing and was a car enthusiast.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie Howard, mother, Eula Howard, brother, Jerry Howard, daughter, Heather Lambert of Fort Wayne, IN granddaughter, Alexis Lambert all of Fort Wayne.
James was preceded in death by his father, John W. Howard, sister, Linda Howard.
Service is 2 pm, Sunday July 2, 2017 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road with calling one hour prior. Calling also Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 3 – 5 pm & 7 – 9 pm at the funeral home. Graveside service Monday 1:30 pm at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
