Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative (PPEC) would like to congratulate Human Resource Manager Heather Hunt for recently graduating from a leadership course called RELITE, which stands for: Rural Electric Leaders in Training Exchange.
RELITE is a two-year program created to help develop cooperative employees into knowledgeable, committed and effective leaders for their cooperatives and communities.
Hunt says she was honored to go through the program, “RELITE has been a great opportunity to learn valuable leadership skills, network with other people from different cooperatives, and share initiatives, all of which are useful tools to propel PPEC into a hopeful future.”
This is a chance for cooperatives to come together to share their experiences and work together. “Having connections and skills that can be brought back to our office can lead to great stepping stones for further development in the industry. We’re very proud of Heather and congratulate her on this accomplishment,” stated CEO and President George Carter.
