The Paulding chapter of Kiwanis met on Thursday, December 28 over lunch. The guest speaker was Captain Keith Leatherman, the jail administrator. Captain Leatherman discussed the jail’s successes and spoke about his history of working at the Allen County jail. The Paulding jail received their assessment done by the state and the results were something to be proud of. Captain Leatherman said the jail is clean, running smoothly, and serves some great food. He showed gratitude towards Sherriff Landers and fellow colleagues that contribute to the jail’s safety and efficiency.
