Community Memorial Hospital has announced that Dr. James Gray, family physician, will once again be practicing in Ohio, beginning Feb 13th. Dr. Gray currently has a family practice office in Auburn, Indiana at the DeKalb Health Medical Offices, but is thrilled to now start practicing closer to home.
Dr. Gray previously had a practice in Antwerp, Ohio as a primary care physician, providing care there for over 30 years. He has delivered countless babies and provided care for a full range of common outpatient conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, acute infections, gynecology, and sleep disorders. Dr. Gray also spent approximately 10 years working in an emergency department, seeing a large variety of disorders and emergencies. Dr. Gray will not be seeing obstetric patients, but will continue to care for the medical needs of pregnant women. Dr. Gray will be available for patients of all ages concerning primary care requirements.
He is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship at Massapequa General Hospital in New York. In 1985 he established a primary care practice located in Antwerp, Ohio. He is a board certified by The American College of Osteopathic Family Practice and is also a member of The American Osteopathic Association and The Ohio Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Gray will see patients in Hicksville on Tuesdays, in Dr. Johnson’s office area and in Antwerp on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Dr. Wiley’s office area. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 419-542-5495.
