Payne Volunteer Fire Department was one of the latest recipients of a grant from the Operation Round Up Program. Operation Round Up is a community service program that provides funding for charitable and benevolent purposes for individuals, families and organizations in our community. This program allows Paulding Putnam Electric members the choice to opt in to round their bill up to the nearest dollars with those funds going to great causes.
