Kirsten Olwin and McKenzie Webb, Vantage OTC Adult Education Licensed Practical Nursing program students, were awarded the Robert Brandt Scholarship, presented by Lisa McClure of the Paulding County Foundation.

The Robert Brandt Adult Education Scholarship was established in 2014 in memory of Bob Brandt, Vantage’s first superintendent. The $1,000.00 scholarship is awarded to students who are returning for technical training, which will result in industry certification, a program completion certificate, or a postsecondary degree through a partnering institution. Students must also show self-reliance, passion for goal, and initiative. Kirsten and McKenzie were selected by OTC Adult Education Director Missy McClurg after considering recommendations by a cross selection of adult education staff.
