The Antwerp Exchange Bank opened a loan branch in the Harlan, Indiana area several years ago and the community support for a local bank has been very positive.
Construction for the new full-service branch was intended to start early in the year, but progress was delayed at the building site. Since then the bank’s construction has gone forward and the building is looking at nearing completion soon.
As long as there are no problems, the bank should open by the end of February according to Kelly Hormann, representing the Antwerp Exchange Harlan Branch.
