IN THE MATTER OF MODIFYING THE 2018 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION (FUND 065)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby modify the 2018 Annual Appropriation and hereby directs the Paulding County Auditor to transfer funds in the CSEA Fund (Fund 065), to wit; FROM:065-001-00009/ CSEA /Contract Services TO:065-001-00011/CSEA/Other AMOUNT: $1,437.50; FROM:065-001-00015/ CSEA /Utilities TO:065-001-00011/CSEA/Other AMOUNT: $2,344.70
IN THE MATTER OF ENTERING INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE PAULDING COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY FOR THE RENTAL OF THE PAULDING COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
WHEREAS, The Paulding County Commissioners own the real property known as the Paulding County Fairgrounds, located in Paulding Township, Paulding County, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, The Paulding County Commissioners lease the real property to the Paulding County Fair Board, an agricultural society established under Chapter 1711 of the Ohio Revised Code, subject to the Permitted Encumbrances, terms, and conditions as listed in the Lease which is on file in the Paulding County Commissioners’ Office;
WHEREAS, Said Lease shall be in effect from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners hereby enters into an agreement with the Paulding County Fair Board for leasing of the Paulding County Fairgrounds for the period of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019, in the amount of $1.00.
IN THE MATTER OF THE 2018 ANNUAL COUNTY HIGHWAY SYSTEM MILEAGE CERTIFICATION
BE IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the provisions specified in the Ohio Revised Code, Section §4501.04 (Distribution of Revenues), the Board of County Commissioners of Paulding County, Ohio, does hereby certify a total of 322.123 miles as of December 31, 2018, for Paulding County.
IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING A DOG WARDEN IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby appoint Skyler Maassel to the position of Paulding County Dog Warden, under the authority and jurisdiction of the Paulding County Sheriff effective January 12, 2019, with the starting salary of $15.00 per hour.
