The Paulding County Economic Development held a board meeting on January 8, 2019 at the PCED conference room. The 2019 Officers that were elected include: Larry Manz -President, Tim Copsey -Vice President, Sarah Noggle-Secretary and Jim States-Treasurer.
The Governance Committee reviewed and updated the By-Laws. The Finance Committee approved the 2019 budget in December and the budget was presented to the board. Natural Design & Graphics is working with the Marketing Committee to redesign the PCED website, the new website will launch soon.
The Director’s report, financial report and Minutes from November 13th board meeting were reviewed and approved. There will be a Downtown Paulding Building Owners meeting on January 29th at the Branch Christian Fellowship basement at 6:30 pm. The Paulding County Economic Development will hold their annual Business & Industry Appreciation Banquet on Tuesday, November 12th at Grant’s Reception Hall in Antwerp.
