Students in Mrs. Jennifer Mohr’s Class at Grover Hill Elementary School recently participated in a Jump Rope for Heart event. Students could visit stations set up around the gymnasium to participate in jump roping, wall climb, stack the books, cross the river, skip it, double dutch and hippity hop balls and more. The $310.00 raised will be given to the American Heart Association, the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke, according to heart.org.
