Two of the best in the GMC took to the Archer Softball field on April 25th. Faiview Lady Apaches squared off against the Antwerp Lady Archers. Rain was a major factor in this game, but the girls pushed through till the top of the 6th inning when the umpire decided to call the game. Antwerp had scored some runs, but they will not count toward the official score of the game. At the end of the 5th, per the NFHS Playing Rules, the game ended with Fairview taking the game at 0-5.
