The Paulding County Retired Teachers Association recently announced the recipients of their 2019 scholarships for high school seniors planning to enter the field of education. Sydney Price, Alayna Ryan, and Kalyn Strahley each recived a $350 scholarship. Sydney, the daughter of Jeff and Wendy Price, will graduate from Paulding High School. She plans to attend Bowling Green State University to major in Inclusive Early Childhood Education. Alayna, the daughter of Mark and Lisa Ryan, will graduate from Antwerp High School. She plans to attend Indiana Wesleyan University where she will major in Elementary Education. Kalyn is the daughter of Jeff and Connie Strahley. She plans to attend The Ohio State University where she will major in Agriscience Education.
