COLUMBUS – A quintuple of high school track athletes concluded their respective seasons over the weekend as they took part in the 2019 Ohio High School Athletic Association state track and field meet.
Antwerp was represented by junior Heather Oberlin, who posted a 13th place finish in the shot put following a throw of 35-5-1/4.
Paulding sent four athletes to the state meet over a pair of different events.
Individually, freshman Claire Schweller wrapped up her season by finishing tied for 15th in the pole vault with a jump of 9-6.
Schweller was also part of the Lady Panther 1600 relay team which took 14th after posting a time of 4:14.22. The rest of the quartet included senior Jessica Weller, freshman Janae Pease and sophomore Maggie Manz.
