On May 24, 2019, a male body had been recovered from the Maumee River near the St. Rt. 127 Bridge. The body was located first at the Cecil Road Bridge in Paulding County. Authorities were advised by the Lucas County Coroner’s Office of a preliminary autopsy report. The body was in stages of decomposition.
The physical description of the male Is 36 follows:
Nude White Male
Height 5’4″
Weight 153 Pounds
Tattoos: Right Side “music”
Right Shoulder and back “Gemini” with stars below
Piercings: both ears Hair: Unknown
The cause of death remains undisclosed until further toxicology. Due to the decomposition the Coroner’s Office is unable to determine the length of time that the individual was in the water.
