Paulding Chamber of Commerce kicked off their 2nd Tunes, Brews & BBQ on Friday night August 9th downtown Paulding. Herb Monroe Park & 2 blocks of N Main St. were blocked off for the festivities of the evening. Kaitlyn Schmit & The Move started right out of the gate with some upbeat modern rock and country mix songs that all enjoyed. Food booths did not disappoint the palate either — Shigs in Pit brought their award-winning BBQ, baked beans, and coleslaw. Big Dipper offered all the desserts – frozen-style: several flavors of ice cream and the option of warm brownies and/or apple dumplings. Antwerp Conservation Club were frying up some tasty curly fries. Wreaths Across America was also present for the evening. Car enthusiasts brought out their pride & joy to show off as well. Ending the night with a bang came another area band: Jen & The Foggy Creek Band.
Paulding was the place to be last Friday night, and if you missed it, keep watch for another!
