Lutheran Health Physicians has turned to a familiar face to help extend its family-focused primary care services to the Wabash community. Jamie Lindsay, DO, joined LHP and the medical staff of Peru’s Dukes Memorial Hospital Sept. 6. Her practice is located at Lutheran Wabash, 1700 Alber St., Suite 100.
Dr. Lindsay, a board-certified primary care physician, provides preventive and chronic care for men, women and children of all ages. She also treats acute illnesses and is a certified diplomat in obesity medicine.

Prior to joining LHP, Dr. Lindsay served as a family practice physician for Wabash County Hospital. In 2012, she helped co-found NuStart, LLC, an organization that utilizes personal coaching programs and tools to provide real-world solutions for healthy living.
Dr. Lindsay attended the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, where she received her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree in 2005. She furthered her professional training with a family medicine residency at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, which she completed in 2008.
