In December, the Northern Indiana State held the first Lego League competition. The Paul Harding Jr. High team came in first place out of 48 teams in the Research Project Development category. Their project was to create a combination remote control nature trail park in the Southeast side of Fort Wayne. They are working with City officials to get the park opened in late 2020!
The EACS Board of Trustees recognized these students for their hard work and efforts in planning and developing the remote control nature trail park.
The team consists of the following team members: Victoria Toro Blohm, Irais Hernandez-Jose, Aniyah Hogan, Citlali Monterroso, May Thurein, Aster Paw, and Axil Thompson (not in photo), Mr. Broerman, teacher, Mrs. Newman, principal.
