Paulding Schools has announced their transition to the Green Meadows Conference after Holgate moved to a new conference.

After a meeting with the Green Meadows Conference on Friday, February 28th, 2020, Paulding Exempted Village Schools has committed to join the GMC as its 8th member starting in the 2021/22 school year. The board will make resolutions for Paulding’s departure from the Northwest Conference and its entrance into the Green Meadows Conference at its March 17th board meeting.
Paulding would like to thank the Northwest Conference, it’s conference home for 46 years, for the many great years of competition and support. The other schools in the NWC have been great partners to work and cooperate with over these many years. We wish them the best of luck in their search for a new conference member.
We look to the future with excitement as we believe this transition to the GMC is the ideal opportunity for our students, staff and community. We already have formed great relationships with the GMC schools for many years on the athletic field and court. Now we will have the opportunity to form those relationships on the academic side as well.
We want to thank the GMC for this opportunity, and we look forward to representing our new conference to the best of our abilities.
